Tele-MAT and Tele-Mentoring for Substance Use Disorders in South Carolina – An Update

This session will provide an update regarding the development and expansion of telehealth services available in South Carolina that have been funded  through MUSC-DAODAS collaboration in the areas of substance use disorder, mental health and chronic pain. In addition a review of state-wide clinical Tele-Medicine efforts to date and future directions in the areas of substance use disorder, reproductive health, and mental health. Finally a review of outcomes to date and future directions for the state-wide Project Echo Tele-mentoring initiative in the area of substance use disorder and co-morbid conditions such as psychiatric illness and chronic pain.
